Black Men 4 Change (BM4C), birthed in 2019, is a by and for, infrastructure organisation and ecosystem created to disrupt the status quo, and dismantle systemic racism and to build Black economic power in the UK.
We are committed to using our collective influence to bend social and economic policy in the direction of real and lasting change for Black and Global Majority communities.
In 2025-2030 , building ALLYSHIP with key infrastructure organisations and brands both in the UK and internationally will be one of our main strategies for driving change.
Consequently, we are developing our 2030 Systems Plan and launching it on October 31st along with a fresh website that sets out the full range of our activities including leadership development defined by Q-SEED our 2 year pilot, and its work with by and for leaders in the criminal justice space, and our developmental work around Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) through Black Ai Futures to ensure technological advances are not disproportionately used to further discriminate against Black and global majority communities and other vulnerable groups.
